I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau hoping to get some help. My story is similar to those already posted. They debited my account On November 11. I asked for a refund. I was sent a form, I filled it out and returned it. They said they recieved it back in February. Still no refund. The number to contact them is not working now and I have no way to get a hold of them. Basically I got screwed out of $221. If anyone finds a working phone number for Lenox Capital, please post it. Thanks!!!
