I just learned that this company has been charging my Virgin Mobile phone for a subscription that I neither made, nor had any previous knowledge of. I have called their phone number and pushed all relevant numbers for them to immediately unsubscibe me, and I intend to call them personally and demand a return of my money... What they have done, is THEFT, pure and simple.
I am the only one who uses my phone and I have NEVER subscribed to their service... And knew nothing of them until I contacted Virgin Mobile to find out where the charges were going... Somebody needs to litigate against this company and I will be the first in line to do so... Needless to say, I am extremely angry... As a retired Police Officer, I find this company's practices, nefarious in nature...
