Unisource Electric Service falsified investigation claim to able a testimony in custody hearing

On or about July Suzanne De Vivo filed a claim that I was contracting without a license in the State of Arizona.

On Aug. 1 2008 Suzanne De Vivo (Travis) tesified during her closing statement that I was under investigation for contracting without a license and being heavily fined by Unisource Electric Service.

1- Suzanne initiated the ROC claim, which was false

2- Unisource has never had an issue involving myself in any legal or finacial matter of wrong doing.

3- Suzanne claimed during her statement, it was her job to look into the matter.

I sold the very first Skystream3.7 in Mohave County and the first in Kingman, AZ. Both SWWP and Suzanne had full knowledge of the contractor that completed all installs.

The result of the custody hearing ended with Suzanne securing primary parent. Suzanne already had one child taken from her by AZ. CPS.

SWWP's CEO, Frank Greco recieved an email just days after the statement was made and did nothing to an employee that falsified a complaint of a SWWP dealer for Skystream3.7
