MRC Receivables Corp - Steven B. Mulrooney - Mapother & Mapother, P.S.C
Filed a lawsuit against me to garnish my wages and won. I had no idea this was happening or who they are until I received notice of the garnishment in the mail

I received a Suggestee Execution in the mail stating that I had been sued by MRC Receivables Corp in the amount of $2,126.86, and that they would be garnishing my wages.

I had no notice that I was even being sued and I have no idea who these people are or who they represent. I made a telephone call to Steven B. Mulrooney's office listed on the back of the document. I was told by the woman I spoke to that I would have to get a lawyer. I don't have money for an attorney and I don't know who they represent. The names they have listed for me on the first line are me, but the AKA: Sharon Gill is not me.

My sister has a history of credit card fraud against family members and she used to be a Gill.

I could really use your help. I cannot afford an attorney, these people would not give me any information and I cannot afford to have my wages garnished for a debt I did not incur.
