I ordered a sample of Acai Berry and was charged 3.97 for shipping and handling. However, I was also signed up for auto shipments. I declined ALL offer of receiving any more products. When I called to cancel the auto shipment and get a refund of my money. I was declined a refund. The auto shipment was cancelled but I was NOT able to get a refund even though I will be returning the product. I found little satisfaction to my complaints, only frustration. Another warning to people to NEVER try a free sample it is never free.
