As with everyone else I have read about, these people called me up at work during one of my busiest times and suckered me into their "deal". They seemed really nice but have since become a major hassle! They phone me at work and home constantly. I went online to see how to cancel their services and discovered that they have no website but there were a lot of reports claiming they are a scam. The next time they called I told them to cancel my subscription since I am paying in advance. They became rude and more aggressive. I have since started returning all of their mail and will be calling the magazine companies to cancel my subscription through them as well. Now I know I need to contact the Better Business Bureau as well.
This is the first time I have ever been in a situation where I am unable to cancel my subscription and am being harassed like this. Hopefully, It will work out in the end. Thank you to all of you who have reported them and have been giving advice to others in the same situation. It makes it a little bit easier for those who have no idea what just happened to them.
