[email protected], VitalRezV, Lift ISP Dr. Steven Jepson Offered free trial of both products in same advertisement in Comcast.net email section., Canada VitalRezV, Lift ISP, Riverton, UT Internet

Ordered free trial online for both products advertised together. Had to order separately though. Testimonial from person in same Florida city I was in for the two products VitalRezV & Lift ISP. I thought they were from the same company.

I received the VitalRezV first, delivered by UPS to my home. Label said it came from China! Then about a week later, (I had been away) I found on my email a note from this "paul bundt" saying they charged my credit card for $79.95. I never authorized that at all. Had my cc company put in dispute. I mailed the product (bottle unopened) back to China. I still have the shipping for each product on my cc statement.

The Lift ISP came in t he mail a frew days later. I had expected them to come together, since they were advertised together. Then, later, Ifound they had also charged $79.95 to my credit card for their product.

There was no letter or any information included when the products were received, and no indication of a $79.95 charge.

Then, when I looked it up in Google, and found your website, I learned they plan to charge me every month!

I do have a letter from Dr. Steven Jepson that came with the Lift ISP product, and found an address and phone number on the bottom of the letter, but NO mention of any charge applied to my credit card.

I do not know if the product actually came from him or not, or if I should send the remainder of the Lift ISP to him, (which I had started using immediately on receiving it, since I at that point knew nothing of the charges, since it was a "free trial".
