I worked for sbs for months before we relocated to miami. Stafford business solutions name was changed to enterprise solutions firm. Stafford told us all lies to get us to move down to miami. Cause we were takin off another b2b campaign. Once we got to miami stafford's true colors started coming to light. It started when she bought a 2009 convertable saab. Then it led to her leaving a co-worker (mind you a single mother of 3) out to dry. She had this lady relocate with her children and completely screwed her over. From what i understand took her last three paychecks. Stafford screwed over the former employees who didn't relocated by holding thier paychecks for weeks before mailing them, changing her cell phone number so they could reach her. Took her time to send out the w-2 forms. This woman is a shady, slimmy, individual who thinks of no one but herself. She lies, cheats and steals. Enterprise solutions firm & forward business concepts are the same company. They want you to sell quill office supplies door to door. Spend alot of time in the office not making any money because it 100% commission. Dumb meetings that nobody cares about. She wants you to build crews and hang out with these people on your days off. If you decide to work for any cydcor office you belong to cydcor. You have no life anymore.
You have to have crew breakfast. Crew meeting. Office night on thursdays. You have to hang out with your crew on the weekends. Not too mention an 11 hour work day. You have leaders meeting, them morning atmoshere from 7:30am til about 10am (not getting paid for it) then you hit the field and go door to door seeing sometimes 80 businesses in a day to hopefully make $100.00. Then you have to take out 2nd round interviews (that you don't get paid for) buy them luch cause they don't know that they're going out in the field because they're misled. You have no time for your family cause even when your not at work you still have work to do.
Cydcor is a total scam! Don't fall for it cause they make it sound real good to get you in the door. And sara stafford is unethical. And she will lie to your face to line her pockets.
