On my recent Verizon phone bill I found a charge from a Operator Assisted Calls Service Provider named 'OSP Communications' for a call from 520-622-9835 in Tucson, AZ to my home phone in Oxnard, that I supposedly accepted the date Mar 23/09. For 14 mins and a total charge of $20.20, this never occurred in reality.
When I called OSP Communications at the phone number indicated on my bill 1-800-296-8079 for billing questions and an automated caller ID answering system answered the call which captured my phone number and repeated back to me, to answer if it was real apparently, anyway I waited for more than 35 min, and after this an agent answer my call and apparently, she took off the charges out of my account, The question is. How is possible that this happen and they just supposedly took it off with no question. I think the big problem is that this company abuse because some people do not check the bills, but more strange is that Verizon as my provider, should have an log of my calls and when a company like this is claiming something why Verizon approve it. The question is. Is Verizon participating (receiving something) on this crap or situation?

En mi reciente factura de telfono de Verizon encontr un cargo hecho por una " compaa operadora" el nombre 'OSP Communications" por una llamada desde 520-622-9835 de Tucson, AZ al telfono de mi casa en Oxnard, que supuestamente acepte en marzo 23/09 de 14 minutos y por un total de $ 20.20, esto nunca ocurri en realidad.
Cuando llam a OSP Comunicaciones en el nmero de telfono indicado en mi factura 1-800-296-8079 para cuestiones de facturacin, espere por ms de 35 minutos, hasta que un agente respondi mi llamada y, al parecer, ella me quit los cargos de mi cuenta, la pregunta es. Cmo es posible que esto suceda y que supuestamente slo lo quit sin ninguna duda? Creo que el gran problema es el abuso que esta empresa ya que algunas personas no comprueban las cuentas, pero ms extrao es que mi proveedor de telefonia que es Verizon, teniendo un registro de mis llamadas, acepte que una compaa de este tipo venga de la nada haciendo cobros extraos, no les parece? O la pregunta es. Sera que Verizon (recibe algo) o participa en esta basura?
