A sales rep knocked on my door with a complete presentation stating they were selling magazines and needed to sell x number of magazines to go towards a scholarship for college. Yes i must say, they got me. A check was written out of the kindness of my heart, and i was advised to send in the cancellation form, which would then cancel out the order. The check was cashed and i have lost funds, which can not be recovered.
