Failure to Deliver - Top Gun Flight

It's been almost one year since I signed my wife and myself up for simultaneous "Top Gun" flights through Incredible Adventures.
We paid an additional $1800 for re-locating one of the jets so we could both go up at the same time; I wanted to take photos of my wife's flight as it was her 60th birthday.
The package was to include video and audio footage taken from both planes.
When both planes landed at our pre-assigned meeting point they informed us we had driven right past the airport they had both come from so there was actually no re-locating of one plane to be with the other one.
Also when we arrived home with the video tapes that were given us after the flights my tape had cut out and stopped after less than 30 minutes of a 75 minute flight and my wifes tape had only audio; there was no video.
We have asked the company to re-imburse us the relocation fee and a partial refund for the incomplete tapes but have been refused.
We feel that Incredible Adventures did not deliver what was paid for.
