Global Financial also got my money, but I went to my bank for help and they looked for info on the company. They got back to me with a phone number to the bank global financial uses to debit the money. The first time I called a girl gave me a web address that doesn't work, and when I called again, a man came on the line and offered me a refund. I got the refund the next day.
