I was not fooled by these fools but wanted it to make it known to others! The wording of the email and general nature should clearly sound alarm bells when reading this but wanted to share it with the rest of you. Here is the email I recieved:

We have found your CV on the job site. Your candidacy was analyzed and we want to offer you a position in our company. If your CV has changed, please send us an updated variant to email, indicated at the end of the letter.
