I ordered a product from this company and immediately called over the phone to cancel with the company after not liking their product. I called their 800 numbers many times and would always get a busy signal. I was only able to get a hold of a representative 3 times.
Each time I got a hold of a rep. I told them I did not want anymore of their products and the reps. Assured me that any further transactions would be stopped and cancelled. They lied to me over the phone. I'm still getting over $149 withdrawn from my credit card for products I have never ordered. I finally called my credit card company to try to put an end to this.
I remember going online last year and sent out an email to this company's so called customer service requesting to cancel and when I got a reply, their email said that I could only cancel over by phone which I thought was ridiculous being that I could hardly get a hold of anyone.
