Unauthorized credit card charges

I have tried numerous times to canel my account. I have been promised reimburment cancellation of the account and a stop on all future deliveries. They continue to make sale calls and deliveries. The only way to talk to a representative is when they make sale calls, it is impossible to reach them. The email address they give is bogus.
