There are numerous concerns in purchasing anything from Bragada. They state, several sales people did this, that their products are directly comparable to Tempurpedic, that you can try a Tempurpedic, find the one you want and then substitute a Bragada. Yet when customers experience very dissimiliar product quality, Bragada does not honor their sales pitch. They paid to have one mattress tested by the Orthopedic Research Institute and, according to that company, they have had ONLY the Silver Cloud paid to be tested. But the sales person said that EVERY model was tested and that the "Research Institute likes us so much they approve every one."
I have now read numerous complaints on the internet and yet 2 sales people and the customer service person I talked to said they had 'never received a personal complaint', and couldn't recall anyone specifically in the company that has had a complaint. This appears to be a false sales technique.
This company may also be connected to Memory Foam Source and Advanced Sleep Mattress Company. Be ware!
I urge folks NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from Bragada. They appear to be blatantly disceptive in their marketing. I hope that all negative experiences can be brought to light.
