I purchased a Bragada mattress in June'07. Within 5 months the mattress began to deteriorate and I could no longer sleep on it. It sagged in the middle, leaving me with sleepless nights and backaches in the morning. I have sent many emails to the company and each time they insisted this is not a warranty issue. They continually asked for more & more photos, which I sent. It took them weeks to respond. I was then told to contact the corporate offices, which I did. They never responded to me. When I finally spoke again to Karen in Customer service, she told me they never respond. I have spent hours upon hours taking photos, calling, emailing, and I am still left with a faulty mattress that they take no responsibility for. I spent $1100 for a mattress claiming to be of superior quality that would last me a lifetime. It lasted all of 5 months. It has now been almost a year since I initially contacted them to help me resolve this issue and they have done nothing to help.
I am left feeling disregarded and totally ripped-off.
