Debited two amounts of 47.00 and a so-called Service charge of 0.38 to my account without authorization

I simply received two charges unexpectedly from my bank account that was debited from my bank Visa debit card.

The charges were for 47.00 and another for 0.38.

I went online to see if this happened to anyone else. Apparently it has, to the exact description as mine.

This obviously seems to be fraudently activity. I do allot of shopping online which may have something to do with this.

They give a phone number: 866-834-6878.

I was debited on 4/18. I tried calling countless times and e-mailing. I only get a recorded message to wait for a customer service rep.

OH yea! These people are loving all of this attention and laughing! I do not believe these thieves will be accountable.
