Promised CBS in High Definition but Still Do Not Have It

I'm a dish customer who resides in the Syracuse N.Y. area. I made the switch over to dish a few months ago. The gentlemen I talked to from customer service told me that I would have CBS in high def. I still do not have that service. If I would have known that I would have never made the switch. I would like to know when that service will be available.
