Cbs high def

I a'm a dish customer who resides in the syracuse n.Y. Area. I made the switch over to dish a few months ago. The gentlemen i talked to from customer service told me that i would have cbs in high def. I still do not have that service. If i would have known that i would have never made the switch. I would like to know when that service will be availbe.
