I purchased 1,000 dollars worth of coins from this person with the right to return them for a full refund, I returned the coins, he acknowledged the returned coins and PROMISED a FULL refund, that was 5mos ago, now he claims his broke. I am a disabled vet living on a fixed income. And this crook tells ME he doesn't have any money
