Pay for shoes you don't receive Internet

12 year old grandson found pair of air jordans he wanted—i ordered and paid for them. Received email I would receive shoes 7-10 days 11 days later I contacted them by email-their phone messages box was full

They email back so sorry rep would call me within 24 hrs no phone call—waited 5 or 6 more days—emailed again, phoned again mail box still full-got email from them same story—this has been going on since march 6 still no shoes-had ups track from my address since no tracking # provided

They can't find any pkgs. Sent to my address phone is cell # for new york, ny i've been ripped off
