I found a fraudulent charge on my current phone bill for $14.95. It was listed as from ESBI ETS, a call to the toll free number gave me someone who sounded as if they were from a foreign country. She first tried to tell me that I had signed up online for their monthly voicemail messaging service through an online survey at www.clashmedia.com. I had to ask a few times to ferret out the survey site address. I was emphatic with her that I had never done this, and wanted the account cancelled and all fraudulent charges refunded immediately.
The email address used to sign up for this service is an account the is only used to catch spam and junk mail from online vendors. Since this was the account they had I knew the charges were illegally submitted. The scariest part is they had my name, home phone number, street address, and the secondary email address. I will wait and see if the charges are actually credited, but my next step after this report will be to post a fraud report on the Internet Crime site. Here is the link for any who have also been scammed by these fraudsters.

They are good folks, they compile the data on scammers and forward it to the FBI for investigation. I urge anyone to submit reports there as well as here.
I am also contacting the corporate offices at Qwest to try and find out how an unknown entity can place charges on my account without any verification or notice to me about it. The charges were made on March 6th and I only saw it on the recent bill sent out April 8th from Qwest.
