I ordered the free cd from these crooks with the agreement to pay for shipping. Seven days later my CC was charged $49.95. One month later I was charged another $49.95. They skipped three months, then charged $69.95.
When I tried to contact them, I never get a response from them by phone or email. This is not a coincidence! They don't want you to be able to correspond with them. Once they have your CC number, they will continue to bill you as long as you allow them to. The only way I have found to stop the robbery is to change your CC numbers, or close your CC account.
I have disputed the charges with my CC Co., and filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I am also seeking legal council.
Problem is, my room mate actually ordered the cd, so I don't know if he was required to accept the terms and conditions of the order.in very small type at the bottom of their web page the terms and conditions redirect you to an alternate page. That is how they are getting by with ripping consumers off. However, the FTC requires that all disclosures be easily accessible to prevent fraud.

Contact the news media in your area and share the stories found on usacomplaints.com. Contact your State Representatives and any other Political figure who will help shut this unethical internet piracy down.
