Shawnee Ryan is a true criminal. You walk in her store in Glenwood Springs. You want to purchase items, you give her a deposit for item to be ordered. She keeps your money (in the sum of thousands of dollars) she doesn't give you the item ordered.
Glenwood police department investigated her in but they will not touch her. You have to sue her because it is a civil case and not criminal. This can cost you the consumer thousands of dollars to sue her. Most will not sue, she keeps your money.
She has had at least 20 law suits against her in the last couple years. They continue to be filed. She is bold enough to do this to public officals. Go to www.coloradocourts.com see for you self. She has had law suits in many counties. She gets away with lots because people can not afford to sue.
The District Attorney in Glenwood will not go after her. The police will do nothing. The Attorney General knows about her, they will not do anything to stop her.
Stay far away from Duir Designs/Shawnee Ryan. She knows the judicial system well, unless you have thousands of dollars to sue her for the money she stole from you. Do not go near her store or her, she is evil and dis-honest.
