We have already added a report but want to update information that we have received. This woman has avoided repercussions from her actions but by joining together we should be bringing her to justice soon and stopping her from hurting any more people.

We have found out that she currently has 16 judgments against her in Garfield County, 7 in Pitkin and 3 in Eagle along with several liens against property she has worked on in all these counties including Mesa. You may call the Garfield County Court at 970-945-5075 and verify.
Others who have contacted us have very similar stories as those already posted here. It is incredible what this woman has gotten away with. She does NOT have a professional mind, she has a criminal mind. If you have been unfortunate enough to have had this woman work on your home her suppliers and/or subcontractors may not be paid by her and they will put a lien on your home. This means that unless YOU pay the bill that Duir Designs was supposed to pay (ultimately you end up paying it twice), you will not be able to sell your home in the future because of this lien. That's how she works. She tells you that she will 'take care of everything' as the General Contractor, takes your money to pay the subs but never does - then you're stuck.
She has so many ways of ripping people off. We will continue to post as they come in. She not only has ripped off those who visit her shop but those who work with her as well. Employees, subcontractors, suppliers etc. She owns nothing, she will change bank accounts if you try and garnish and she owns nothing in her store. Everything is on consignment. Please be aware if you are a supplier or artist - DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THIS WOMAN'S STORE. She will manipulate you and steal from you. If you owe this woman money... Please contact us before you pay her. This money can be sent through the court system to those who have been victimized. This can be done in a legal manner.
