This company and all individuals related to this company are high pressure sales people with no morals whatsoever. They are not ashamed to take retired folks' money without coming through on their commitments. I agree totally with the comments below from Winnipeg regarding them being fraudulent but they operate just above the law because we in Canada and the US do not have any laws regulating this marketing industry. THey make it sound like they're somehow in the real estate business, make you list very high and then say they can't sell your time share for the price listed! They try to manhandle you into lowering your selling price until you're taking a huge loss and they walk away with your VISA charge of $1400 with nothing to show.
Whatever you do, don't sign the contract they send you. They do not hold up their end of the bargain as they say in the contract. And VISA is not much help as they have the businesses in mind as well so they do not like getting involved. You can always try but bottom line, these companies need to be put out of business. And the governments on both sides of the border need to step up to the plate and finally put some stringent laws into place to protect the unsuspecting consumer. There are much cheaper ways of selling your timeshare. Also be careful of Worldmark (Trendwest) as they were the ones who initially forwarded the call to Ace Timeshare.
