Public notice to jason & zulma breakey
Zulma Gaunt Breakey, residing at 6310 La Cosa Drive, Dallas, TX 75248, has issued more than one bad check to Sarah Pickard Interiors, Inc., of at least one which is still not able to be cashed due to insufficient funds.
Tendering of bad checks is a criminal offense. The amount of one particular check signed by Zulma and issued from her personal bank account at Chase Bank - $849.23 - could be considered a felony charge, subject to prosecution by the District Attorney's office in Dallas County.
In addition, Zulma Breakey has posted multiple falsehoods and misrepresentations on this site on 3/31/09 regarding Jim Adcox, Sarah Pickard Interiors and its principal. Statements made by Zulma can be shown to be false and would be considered Slander and Defamation of Character in a criminal court of law in Dallas County.
Such behavior is commonplace for the Breakey family. Zulma's husband, Jason Breakey, who has a long record with the court system, most recently, had Felony charges filed against him in Dallas County for possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of firearms, and resisting arrest. Jason Breakey pleaded guilty to the charge of resisting arrest and is currently out on bond for charges including a) possession of marijuana and b) unlawful possession of a handgun.
In addition to the above pending charges, Jason Michael Breakey has had eighteen civil cases he and/or companies have been associated with filed over the past several years.
Jason Michael Breakey was also charged with possession of 4/5 pounds of marijuana in 1991, in which he served eight years of probation.
Zulma Breakey shall be advised that failure to retract all false statements she posted on this site on 3/31/09 can be considered grounds to proceed forward with legal proceedings against her for Slander and Defamation of Character.
Zulma Gaunt Breakey shall also be advised the issuance of bad checks is considered a criminal offense and defended by the District Attorney's office in Dallas County.
Zulma Gaunt Breakley shall be advised that all accusations and falsehoods made toward Sarah Pickard Interiors are inconsistent with documentation on file, including but not limited to, emails from Zulma that clearly acknowledged liability for goods and services rendered.
Zulma Breakey shall also be advised that civil charges can be filed directly against her separately, in addition to charges filed directly against Jason Michael Breakey, for Breach of Contract, Deceptive Trade Practices, Fraud, amongst several other charges due to non-performance against a legally binding contract.
Jason Michael Breakey shall be advised that Assault and Battery charges were filed with the Dallas Police department, multiple witnesses have come forth, and charges are pending issuance.
Jason Michael Breakey shall also be advised that a criminal charge such as Assault and Battery can be considered as grounds for revocation of the bond for the pending felony trials.
This posting shall serve as public notice to jason and zulma breakey regarding the above referenced matters and as a final opportunity to remedy all civil and criminal offenses fairly, equitablly and expediently with sarah pickard interiors, inc., it's principal, and jim adcox.
Failure to respond to said plaintiffs before friday, april 10th shall be considered as an indication that jason and zulma breakey do not intend to address all above civil and criminal matters.
Failure to remedy said legal matters before friday, april 17th will result in immediate actions to be taken by said plaintiffs to remedy the above referenced criminal and civil matters to the fullest extend allowable in the dallas county civil and criminal courts.
