My name is Adam and I would like every one to know that Beatrice Sarter spreads slander on her tenants. When I first rented space from Mr and Mrs Sarter they said that they would fix everything that was broken in the space including the gates, heat and the leaking air conditioner and windows but they never fixed anything. The Sarters are very nice people and I thought I could trust them but I was wrong. When I explained to them what I would not continue to rent from them or continue to pay rent and have frozen toes they just told me the place was fine. After my computers were ruined and I finally had enough energy left in my body to swim to my car after a hard day at work because the streets would back up with sewage water up to my knees, I had to pack my stuff and go. This incident took place in 2004 and I am writing this today to clarify my experiences.
