Then she tells e-may she didn't recive the item but I have a delivery confirmation slip signed by her. Then they dispute the charge with thier crdit card company claming fraud or something like that. Then I had to pay for the charge back. These are the people that cause out intrest rates on loans to be high. Fraud, and theft.
