Tell you they are "lowering your payment", but are EXTENDING CONTRACT!

I have been fighting with this company for years, and now realize they have taken thousands of dollars over the years through extending my contract without my authorization. I have repeatedly asked them not to call my cell phone, or my job, but they continue to do it even after telling me they wouldn't call again. They are extremely rude, as if I owe them money, even though they take the money out every month from my checking account. They call and tell you theye will reduce your monthly payment "since I am such a good customer", but they actually EXTEND it. They are liars, which is bad enough, but they have also acted so rudely and unprofessionally to me and my family, EVEN MY CO-WORKERS. I have threatened a lawyer, and have reported them to BBB. PLEASE let's get a class action suit. They are deceiving people all the time!!
