I bought one volume from A1Books and now they want to spam me for the rest of my life with reminders about their stupid reward points system. I go to their web site and find there's no way to close my account, no way to change my email address, no customer service phone number, and no way to send them an email. (The only address listed on the site is [email protected], which bounces.) Their so-called "Help Desk" is only for tracking orders; it provides no help and no way to ask a question.
I've never seen a company with such contempt for its customers. Avoid them at all costs.
