I regret making a purchase here. The textbook never arrived and I was forced to cancel my class because of that. I hope this company is put out of their misery by going out of business given the amount of pain they seem to have caused customers.
The worst online experience ever. I should have checked in here before shopping on the site. I received a damaged book that I had to return at my expense and to make matters worse had to pay a restocking fee. I tried to contact the company but only received automated responses via email.
The company also has poor ratings with the Better Business Bureau as listed on the website in Trenton, NJ.
My pursuing of this company has enabled me to gather soem phone numbers that could help other buyers in future.
