My girlfriend and I wanted to purchase the Big City Slider Station from the As Seen on Tv website, so we placed the order, a day later we seen the same product at a local Target store, so we canceled the online order and waited for the conformation that it had been canceled, checked the email and it in fact was canceled
Three months later...
A charge from Big City Slider Station for the same exact price 19.99 plus 8.99 Sh. So I gave as seen on t. V a call and they told me that they do not ship that product and that I would have to talk to the Big City Slider Company myself, so they gave me a number that I called and was told that when I receive the package to refuse it or return to sender, and my card would be credited 5 to 7 days later, ok thats fine but why was my card charged in the first place three months later? I gave no permission for this charge, it was CANCELED!!!
Somethings not right!
