About four years ago i was injuried on my job and required surgery twice.
I was paid a lump sum and was told i would receive medical care for the rest of my life.
A contract was signed to this effect. I have had nothing but major problems with these people.
They are now refusing to pay for medication medical equipment and traveling expense to and from the doctors. The insurance company (wokers comp) signed this contract with me and my lawyer present.
They have reniged more than once. They will not return calls and loes and tell me they have not beed notified by doctors or drug stores. I was in the doctors office when they faxed and left messages, i went home and clled my adjuster and he said he had not heard from them. Is anyone else having problems like this?
