This debt was charged-off from the initial lender in 2003. The final transaction made with this was in Aug. 2002. This debt has approved through another debt collector just before Northstar Money. The borrowing limit was $300.00 Once The last cost was created the total amount owed was $285.00... While it had been charged-off it had been $1,100.00. Northstar Money is getting me to municipal judge for $2,800.00.in my opinion they obtained this in an document profile and it is currently out-of law... Law of restrictions is 6 years... I never got a statement from Northstar Money till I obtained a judge summons...
