Lied to me, could not fix my car after (2) attempts

This all started when I bought a 2009 $62,000 Corvette from Jim Glover Chevrolet in Tulsa Oklahoma. The bluetooth and the stereo do not work properly. Glover had the car twice for this problem and put in a new stereo, it did not fix the problem, they were clueless as to how to fix it and I filed a consumer complaints on them. The called me the next day and tried to get me to remove the report even telling me they were going to sue me if I didn't, which of course I didn't because they could not fix my car and they scratched up the paint and couldn't get the scratches out. So I tried Speedway Chevrolet in Broken Arrow Oklahoma last November. After having the car for two days they said it was an electronic problem that GM was aware of and they were writing a patch to correct it and it would be out by the first of January. This was told to me by Russell Pearson the service consultant. We waited not being able to use the blue tooth or the CD player, because it changes songs right in the middle of a selection, January came and went without even a call from Speedway.in February I went to see them, they asked me again for the second time what was wrong like it was the first time I had talked to them and then said I would need to talk to Ed somebady the customer service rep for Speedway. I went back three times and he was never there. All this time I never ever had Speedway call me, I always had to go track them down. So finally in March of this year I went in and said I want my $62,000 car fixed period! So they asked me again what was wrong, they must have a very short memory or just plain don't care. I made an appointment to take it in at 7:00 this morning, again explaining what was wrong. This makes the 4th time I have taken it to the shop. At 4:00 this afternoon they called and said they had a couple more questions and believe it or not asked me the same damn thing. As you could imagine by this time I was boiling mad.By the way each time I take it to the shop I have had to pay for a rental out of my pocket. I went in to get it just a while ago and they said it was the ecm module, but they reset the phone and wanted it to do it again (quit working) and then us bring it back and they would replace it. I lost it. I will never go back to speedway and I suggest if you want your car fixed you don't go there either. So I offically have a "LEMON" according to the Oklahoma Lemon Law, Title 15, Chapter 22, Section 901 and I am going to hire an attorney to get either another new corvette or give my money back. It is no wonder GM is bankrupt, they don't stand behind their product and their shops are not intellegent enough to fix the cars they sell.
