Jeff from rhino authorized warranty work to be done and I've been waiting over seven months for reimbursement

Ordering my dream bike from Rhino turned into a nightmare as soon as I mailed the down payment check july 11.instead of taking 4-6 weeks as promised for delivery, it took 16 weeks, when motorcycle season was over in the Northeast.

When it was finally delivered Oct. 9 it had spoke wheels, not the billet wheels I ordered. It did not have the tribal flames I paid $780 extra for, nor did it have the chrome calipers I paid $150 extra for.

On top of that, I did not receive the 5% discount they said I would get for being a veteran. Mark Lasky, the salesman couldn't be reached by phone mysteriously after the delivery, but I did email him and he had a bunch of "excuses". I still have all emails to him and Alex, the president.

When I finally got to ride the bike, the clutch wouldn't fully disengage, almost dragging me though stop lights and hitting things. It would only shift easily into neutral when shutoff. There was gear oil in the primary —wrong! And a couple of clutch plates were assembled wrong.

They authorized the warranty work that was completed and payed by me Nov. 12. It took my girlfriend calling them many days to finally get my reimbersement check Feb. 17.

Around Aug. 12 my bike experienced total electrical failure and Jeff from Rhino again authorized the work to be done for $561.00. The actual repair cost me $741.13 because Rhino would not pay to relocate the electrical box, although Rhino agreed it would happen again if not relocated.

So Rhino owes me the $561.00 they agreed on, plus $73.50 towing included in the warranty, that's $634.50. I paid for the repair in full on my credit card Aug. 23, faxed them the bill Sept. 26. I talked to Jeff the next day, he acknowlaged receiving the bill and he said take care of it personally after I expressed concern that it would take "forever " to get reimbursed.

So Rhino has owed me $634.50 for over SEVEN months now and hasn't answered any of my phone calls or emails, or voicemails. Meanwhile, I have been paying 14.99% interest on this money. I don't know how they guys stay in business, or should be allowed to be in business treating people this way. They have cost me sleep, money for things I didn't receive, and gave me anxeity. I am 60 and have told Alex I have an illness, but these people don't care.

In addition, the week after I had the electrical problem fixed, the drive belt broke on the first day of my vacation. I had to have it towed many miles and fixed. Belts aren't covered by warranty, but the shop who fixed it looked up the number on the belt Rhino used and it says in the parts book: " FOR SHOW USE ONLY". The bill for that was $596.00!!!

Thanks Rhino for making a problem ridden bike to make my life miserable. My warranty ran out Oct. 9 so paying me the $534.50 would end your liability with me. Can't understand why you'd want to get such negative publicity over this small amount. You have cost me thousands in overcharges and repairs. AND, you don't have the courtesy or the guts to return phonecalls — shame on you!!!
