Pentagroup STEALS from your account. They come and picked up my rhino. Pentagroup was supposed to be paying my bill. They were taking out 250.00 every month. Come to find out my rhino was 421 days behind. I want to know where my money is?!?!?!
When i called them they were rude and ugly. I asked for documentation, they said they would not send it. They couldn't. They have stolen around 4000.00 dollars from me, and I want my money back. I will take them to court and sue the hell out of them. I lost my rhino, thinking all this time, well the past 14 months it has been paid. Well I don't know where 250.00 that they have been taking out, where it is going. I will find out one way or the other.
I am not going to just sit back and let them do this to me. This is wrong and they need to be stopped. That will screw up my credit. For 14 months I am thinking my bill is being paid and they come and repo my rhino. I want to know how they get away with this. Why cant the be shut down.
We asked them to send us proof of where our money is going and they said they couldn't. The original creditor hasn't even heard of Pentagroup. That should tell you something. These people need to be stopped.
