Dear State Attorney Glenn Ivey, Judge El Amin, Mr. Melvin Hirshman, Mr. Ross McLaughlin, Mr. & Mrs. Louis & Carrie Hatten
I cannot believe there is NO JUSTICE in Maryland Court at all on 01-25 at 05:33 am; I was a victim of hit and run attempted murder, attempt vehicle homicide. I did every-thing I believe that was right I call 911 and got bad advice I believe the call taker should have took down the information and dispatch it to Virginia State trooper since it cross State line.instead advice me to go to PG, Police at Eastover they inform me that since it happens on the ramp to 495 that I had to report it to Maryland State Trooper I did.
I went to State Trooper Barracks, at the front desk I gave the tag number, and reported the hit and run. State Trooper Ray Johnson took an interest in investigating the hit and run, which I stated that a man was driving with a beard and mustache light skin in complexion. Trooper Johnson recently told me as of 08-29 that he did not get a statement from the Wife of the man that hit me, which he said she did not say she was driving or not driving that she just took responsibility. However, all the evident points to Mr. Hatten the car is his, when I call 911 I stated that I am trying to catch the guy.
I reported to the insurance company that a man was driving; to the law firm a man was driving. That is where it really goes bad no one contact me from the law office until 05-10. On 09-28, I was advice to lie and say that I saw Mrs. Hatten driving in court I refuse. I am sending proof of 911 calls, interrogatories proof that my lawyer falsify evident proof he had evident that he withheld from defendant proof of how I found out this injustices and how this law firm will get away with it because I am nobody in the eyes of the law and Courts of the State of Maryland.
If you look good at the statements giving by the lawyer to Attorney Grievance Commission, where the lawyer states he went over interrogatories in great dealt, if this is true then I perjury myself with his assistant for I never agreed, stated, nor wrote down that I saw a woman. The lawyer in his word tells repeatedly that I said it was a man so why would I say repeatedly a man was driving, however interrogatories said I saw Mrs. Lashonda Tears Hatten.
What I am trying to say, that if this law firm would have went after Mr. Hatten and proved he did it intentionally maybe the settlement for our family would be more than $3,868.00 just look at the evident here. I settle with the Hatten. The legal malpractice breach of contract, neglect / breach of attorney client privilege, I know I am not going to be taking seriously so I am enclosing a picture of my family. To whom it is hard to explain why.
In addition, Mr. Reginald Emmanuel Hatten should have been charge with allege assault, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, hit and run and failure to report to police and making a false insurance claim. Mrs. Lashonda Tears Hatten should have been charge with allege obstruction of a police investigation, perjury, making false interrogatories state.

My name is Derrick S. Axxxx Sr. Case No. 0502-xxxxx, as of October 27 at 11:57am, I inform Mr. Welch my attorney, that Mr. Burmskine the defendant attorney lie to you Judge Hassan Ali EL-Amin about not knowing the Id of the driver in the hit and run.
Because Mr. Burmskine interrogatories question number 4 ask for a concise statement of events I refer to my attorney Mr. Welch statement that I had given Farmer and Pyles, P.A. That are in my files, Mr. Welch said oh no he didn't lie we intentionally left that out.
Shock I waited until Monday October 30 to verify by having them fax over interrogatories. Knowing Mr. Welch had stated interrogatories question, answer was omitted, and there it was a knowingly false statement.
Mr. Welch has that I saw Mrs. Lashonda Tears Hatten driven when in court Judge Hassan Ali EL-Amin ask me to Id the person driving I said I never saw Mrs. Lashonda Tears Hatten before in my life I saw a man driving.
Farmer and Pyles, P.A. And Mr. Welch gave false evident as well as lying in court about not knowing Mr. Reginald E. Hatten, told me as well that the 911 tape would not be use as evident now I know why, on the tape I refer to the call taker, that I am try to catch up with him.
Evident that the firm of Farmer and Pyles, P.A. And Mr. Welch had knowledge of Mr. Hatten, this firm did not investigate the information given to them they did not try to attain any evident that Mrs. Hatten was not involve accept try to cover up her husband assault.
Lack of competence, diligence, and failing to take action on a case for a period of one year, and filing a motion that contained a misleading statement, Filing perjuries or knowingly disobeying an obligation under the rules of a tribunal And dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation.
In conduct involving not being truthful to Judge or Defendant while with holding evidence that shows the defendant was not negligent, falsifying a proposed statement of the clients claim, and intentionally misrepresenting matters, not undertaken the action for which he was retained for misconduct and Incompetent.

Alston Sr here is what I know; on 05-10 you inform me that Trooper Johnson was in Iraq you did not tell me you spoke to him in 08-11 which we both know you lie to Judge Whitehead when you ask for a continuance how many CONSTITUTION and CIVIL LAWS were broken, court transcript show and unfair advantage to the Courts, Judges and myself Derrick S xxxx Sr.
