The BIGGEST complaint about this location is the horrible smell you endure while sitting at the drive-thru window. It smells like a really full trash can on a very hot day! I've commented several times to managers on duty because it is so bad it almost turns your stomach to not want food at all. They keep telling me there is an issue with leakage (as if that term doesn't make it smell even worse) and any repairs are going to require breaking up the concrete and replacing. Well get on with it I say! The speaker is "messed up" according to employees who repeatedly ask "You want what?" & "What was that maam?" even though you speak as clearly and loudly as you can. The employees aren't the worst, but getting home with your bag of dinner and almost nothing being as you ordered it STINKS! The screen will finally be right upon placing the order after you go back and forth with them but the food is rarely ever right when you get home and it's very frustrating. It's really ridiculous after you spend $20 and get home to wrong orders. How hard is it to follow instructions? We as humans began learning this ability around the age of 2 or 3 right? But somehow they can't get employees who give a crap enough to be sure customers don't want to come back and cuss all of them out for being so stupid. I'm seeking the owners and filing formal complaints on the many many bad experiences I've had. It's so sad when the bad far outweighs the good. WAKE-UP people... This isn't how you do business in America!!
