Threatened me over the phone and files Inquiries to my credit report ever week lowering my score

This Company has threatened me over the phone about what they was going to do to me if I didn't pay the alarm company what I owed them, I do ot owe the Alarm Company anything. Now they file an inquiry to my Experian Credit report every few days Lowering my credit score drastcally.
