Had an inposter placed on homepage website and have on a lot of diffrent ones in other cities and states mislead me by selling products that were suppose to receive for only shipping and handling made unauthorized withdrawals from my debit card. On 2/06/09 took 3.97 this was gns*acai berry edge and $4.95 for ultra slim xs which was for s&h that was all they were to withdraw
After 14 days took $4.95 59.95 Ultra slim xs charged this amount out of account I received after about 2 weeks got the ultra slim xs no paperwork just the pills i set them aside until i received the acai berry edge and then when i recevied another package i thought it was the acai berry edge but it was another bottle of ultra slim xs so i just tossed it aside thinking maybe they had made a mistake never thinking it was a monthly supply i told my husband that they must of made a mistake
I didnot understand why i had not received the acai berry edge so i emailed ultra slim xs support to see if they could give me any answers and noone replied on the last day or two my husband and i went to deposit our check and i asked for a printout i do that from time to time to help my husband with the checkbook we got to the car and i was going over the printout when i came across the charges of the $4.95 59.95 and also another amount of $70.90 from acai berry edge i was pissed i told my husband
They had no right what so ever for taking anything other than that s&h out of our account i had called ultra slim xs and told them to cancel my order and told them they could have the 2 bottles back that they had not been opened. He said we have credited my account for 69.90 i told him i just got back from the bank and had a printout for the month or march he asked me if i would fax him my printout and gave me the number no way
I called acai berry edge and gave them a piece of my mind i asked them why they had taken $70.90 out of my checking account they said i had signed electronicly i told them i had not even received the product and they told me they did not have a home address all they had was walnut dr. No number why then charge my debit card when i never received the order and told both
companies that this was not the last that they would hear from me now if that is not fraud what is
