I live in new york state i recently purchased a puppy via the internet from mcallen texas he was shipped via airplane to me on 2-21-09, i have some concerns about the breeder and possible living conditions of these puppies shes selling. I have tried to contact the seller who does not reply to my emails any more, the puppy was suppose to be shipped with ckc registration papers and and health records she did not send with puppyshe said she would send the next week and she has not, and is not answering my emails i send her everyday.
My other concern is the age of my puppy
she sold me she told me he was 16 weeks old (though web site i purchased him from shows him real young)-the birthdate she gave me said 20 weeks
but on the airline health record when shipping him said he was 2 months old and too young for rabies and to have shots and was suppose to be updated on all shots and dewormed - he has been innoculated asap when i received him
Next day (he had tape worms and was very skinny and scared, tail still between legs) this breeder in texas is selling a lot of puppies (probaly not claiming taxes) and i feel she is lying and making a lot of money off of innocent people like myself. I want my ckc registration papers that is why i spent as much as i did on this puppies-but what concerns me is
the age discrepencies so not to have to give shots when shipping via airplane to save herself money.
My puppy should have had his rabie shot before shipping across states. (4 months old born oct 17th so she told me)

if you go to shipping page it states puppy will come with updated shots & papers
which is a lie.
I have resently found some others out there when researching, that there are other victims and she maybe selling unhealthy dogs and shipping them across country (puppy mill) on this site
Please help me get my ckc papers as promised or some money back for the value of the puppy she sold under false pretence -internet fraud also
some one needs to check out her puppy place to insure other puppies are not being mistreated to make a buck plus shes probably not paying taxes on all the pups shes selling and shes making a pretty dollar
everyone effected should contact mcallen sheriff department or internet fraud
