I just bought a puppy from Jessica, and she also told me that she would send the registration papers and vet record in the mail. I just brought her home on Friday, January 26. When I called to ask her if she send the paperwork she has ignored my calls, emails, and text. I paid a lot of money for her thinking she was registered, but I think she has not registered her. I took my puppy to a well check, and everything looks fine. But I think it is unfair for her to be able to advertise she registered these puppies if she actually has not.
