My attorney hired this co to do a bank-hard asset search on my husband. My attorney sent a letter requesting the info along with a money order I sent for $495.00. The money order was cashed immediately upon receipt, and to date we have received no information, I requested my money back after 5 months (yesturday) and Fred informed me they do not give refunds and I could cancel the search. I want to file a formal complaint as my divorce trial was in Dec. Of and US Search has to date still not provided the information requested, I believe I am entitled to a full refund.
