I requested a report for marriage and divorce records for a person who lived in Virginia. I paid for the report as their website clearly showed they had information on this person. Their website also showed the spousal name which made you believe they actually had information as I requested.
I received the report and it showed no marriage or divorce data. The report then said US Search only has data on 2 or 3 states and Virginia was not one of them. TOTAL RIPOFF!
Tried to get a refund and they refused even though they clearly did not disclaim the lack of data for the state I requested.
