In November I sent them $5.00 to sign up for their program that I had qualified for through a car dealership. I sent in receipts for December, January and February. They never responded or sent anything. My February receipts were returned "refused" by them.
I have e-mail which came back and their phone number is out of order. I guess the scam is over.
