Did not send me the gas cards promised after I sent in receipts for purchases

I sent in gas receipts as advised by them but they never sent me the gas cards as promised. Treid to call said number was no longer in service. Sent emails which came back as unable to deliver. I sent in receipts for Nocember December and February but never received any gas cards. There should be sone action taken against this co. As it is a rip off and should be against the law.
