I have the written contract for roof replacement and showed it to the Galveston County Sheriff Deputy when I filed a report. I was advised that an arrest warrant is out for his arrest. He commited a fraud by breaking the contract. He is being sought at this time. But he is hiding. The Deputy Sheriff will get him and very soon. Please if you have the signed written contract more charges can be filed. So report him as soon as possible.
