Said I owe $919.18. Offer settlement of $275.75. I do not have the bill or account of any type

I received a bill for a settlement offer of $275.75. Since it is tax season they are offering me a settlement on a $919.18 bill that I never did acquire. Client is Asset Acceptance Llc and store name is Rnb Target. I never had a charge account there. I will not pay for a bill I never did have and this is a complete ripoff!
